1. Scope of Services

Carelix Nursing provides professional home-based nursing, post-surgery care, and therapy services. Our role is to provide qualified healthcare professionals (nurses, caregivers, or therapists) to perform duties according to the personalized care plan curated for the client.

2. Booking and Consultation

A personalized nursing care solution is curated after a consultation regarding the patient's medical condition. All service agreements are finalized only after the client accepts the formal quotation and the profiles of available caretakers have been reviewed and selected by the client.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete medical information regarding the patient.
  • Ensuring a safe and respectful working environment for our healthcare staff.
  • Providing necessary medical supplies or equipment as discussed during the consultation (unless otherwise agreed).
  • Informing Carelix Nursing immediately of any changes in the patient's condition or care requirements.

4. Payments and Billing

Services are billed according to the agreed quotation. Payments must be made via the methods specified by our administrative team. Failure to provide payment may result in the suspension of healthcare services.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Notification of service cancellation or rescheduling must be provided within the timeframe specified in your individual service agreement. Late cancellations may incur a fee to compensate assigned staff for their scheduled time.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Carelix Nursing maintains the highest standards of professional care and vetting, we shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from undisclosed medical conditions or failure to follow medical advice. Our liability is limited to the extent permitted by the laws of Malaysia.

7. Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
